Chinese Characters
Sarah has 8 tattoos located in her neck/back. They're chinese characters meaning (from top to bottom) peace, truth, god, energy, love, family, music and sun.
She got the first of them, "peace" done at the age of 16. This is how Sarah describted the tattoo in Maxim: "I especially like the tattoo on my neck, it's an asian character of peace. It was made when I was 16. My neck was the only place where I could consider taking a tattoo, though that's one of the most sensitive places. And it really hurt a lot."
In late 2002/early 2003, she got the second one "truth" done. Then in september 2004 she revealed the 6 later ones in RTL's online videochat and also explained the meanings of the three newest: she loves the sun in Florida which gives her energy, family is important at the moment now that she has her own family.
